Stair Tread Series Grating

T1 steel grating stair tread is a standard general-purpose stair tread. Manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel grating, it has no front nosing plate and no side plates. Featuring a simple structure and high cost performance, it is a universal basic stair tread for industrial steel structure stairs.

Structure & Style

1. Panel: Fabricated by welding plain flat bars / serrated non-slip flat bars with twisted square bars;

2. Style: Standard Type T1 – no edges, no guard plates, no side plates;

3. Perimeter banding reinforcement with firm overall welding, resistant to deformation;

4. Overall hot-dip galvanized surface for anti-corrosion protection.

Material & Process

• Main material: Q235 low carbon steel

• Process: High-pressure resistance welding, fusion welding of flat bars and twisted square bars;

• Surface treatment: Hot-dip galvanizing (rustproof, corrosion-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, long service life). Spray painting and stainless steel material are optional;

• Anti-slip option: Serrated flat bars available for wet, oily and slippery environments.

Brief Difference Between T1 / T2 / T3 / T4 Stair Treads
